Job Vacancy – Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is looking for an experienced and dedicated Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.
Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Experience: 2–5 years
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all employee-related government and administrative matters.
- Process new and renewal of employment visas, including related documentation and procedures.
- Manage company-related government transactions and requirements.
- Handle Trade License and Tenancy Contract renewals and related formalities.
- Coordinate with Civil Defence and Hassantuk for company requirements.
- Manage labor-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable UAE Labor Law and regulations.
- Liaise with government departments and relevant authorities on behalf of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation.
- Ensure all licenses, permits, visas, and other official documents are renewed on time.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a PRO.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and labour regulations.
- Good understanding of visa, labour, licensing, and company-related processes.
- Ability to independently handle PRO and government-related work.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
