Guest Experience Maker

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, holiday homes, customer service, or guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Ability to travel between properties/sites as required.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, hotels, or luxury hospitality.
• Familiarity with Booking.com, Airbnb, and other OTA platforms.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
